ListingsMagic uses YouTube’s API Services, which provides information related to third-parties’ use of YouTube (“Public Users”). ListingsMagic users that opt in to ListingsMagic’s YouTube services are subject to YouTube’s privacy policy, which is located at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. ListingsMagic's use of the YouTube API on a user's behalf is to facilitate automated authentication for YouTube account access for the purposes of publishing content on the user's behalf. User's account access information is not shared with external 3rd parties. To facilitate YouTube services on behalf of ListingsMagic users that opt-in to using YouTube services, ListingsMagic collects and stores specific YouTube user information including YouTube Authorization Token, YouTube Channel URL, YouTube Channel Title, YouTube Channel ID, Video Info including YouTube Video ID. ListingsMagic accesses users’ YouTube channel information, video data including description, title, and privacy status. ListingsMagic does not provide Public User data to third parties to serve any content on its platform, including advertisements. The data gathered from the YouTube API client is used for no other purpose than to upload, update and remove Listing videos from the user’s YouTube channel. It is not shared internally or externally. ListingsMagic users that have authorized ListingsMagic to access their data via the API Services can request the deletion of ListingsMagic stored data via their ListingsMagic account, and users may revoke ListingsMagic’s access to their data by visiting Google’s security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Google My Business Services


ListingsMagic uses Google's Google My Business Services API. ListingsMagic uses the data collected from the Google MY Business Services API in order to assist our clients to better leverage their Google Business profiles by posting periodic posts to better inform the general public of client's offerings. For example, when a client of ListingsMagic has a new property listing, ListingsMagic will use the Google My Business API to post that property to client's business profile. All information stored with regards to client's Google My Business data is securely stored and is not used or sold to any third parties. The data requested is related to the Google My Business API only. We require access to our client's Google Business in order to faciliate the posting. ListingsMagic will not require or ask for any data not pertinent to the task of posting as outlined above. Clients who have granted ListingsMagic access to their Google Business may revoke ListingsMagic’s access to their data by visiting Google’s security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
